Each year, we install and service nearly 2 million square feet of roof systems. Experience Modification Ratings (EMR) are used by insurance actuaries to adjust risk based on level of skill and experience for those companies with employees working in risk adjusted trades. Division 7's EMR is the lowest in the State, which is based on having the lowest occurrence of accidents and longest tenured field crews across commercial roofers in Michigan.
